10 Day Nepal Immersive Adventure

Join this family-friendly trip to Nepal in support of the Rose International Fund for Children (TRIFC). This trip gives you the opportunity to learn about the people and history of the Nepal, to serve alongside TRIFC Directors and staff to help children with disabilities, and to immerse in the culture and beautiful nature of this country!


The Rose International Fund for Children

The Rose International Fund for Children (TRIFC) advocates and fights for children in Nepal living with disabilities, along with children disadvantaged by their life situation. We do this by raising money through individual donations, grants, and hands-on fundraising activities. We then work with our implementing partner organization in Nepal to provide direct support in the areas of education, healthcare, nutrition, and needed environmental and facility improvements.

Pricing

Deposit: $500 per person

Total Tour Price: $2,345 per person based on double occupancy (+$650 for single room)

  • Plus a suggested donation of at least $500 to TRIFC. To fund programs helping children with disabilities as well as our 'hands-on' volunteer group activities.

Price Includes:

  • Personal tour leaders from TRIFC, Rob Rose, throughout the entire trip
  • Private English speaking local guide for sightseeing
  • All accommodations mentioned in the program for hotel room based on double occupancy, single room upon request
  • All transportation within tour will be in private & air-conditioned vehicles
  • Monument entrance fee for all sights mentioned in the program
  • All meals specified in the program.
  • $1,000 Tax-deductible contribution to TRIFC is included
  • Domestic Airfare from Kathmandu to Pokhara
  • Applicable Government taxes (10%VAT and 13% service charges). 

Price does not include: 

  • Tourist Visa upon arrival is $40 for a 15 day period.
  • International flight with tax and fuel surcharge, approximate airfare cost- $1,600 round-trip. 
  • Alcohol beverages, bottled water, and sodas • Gratuities for guides and drivers (note, we will invoice you separately for this if you wish to participate in group tipping)
  • Any emergency evacuation expenses in case of emergencies occurred during above trekking & traveling. 
  • Any kind of travel insurance, which must cover illness, accidental, rescue etc. 
  • Any kind of Personal Trek Equipment.
  • Personal expenses (cell service, laundry services, etc.) 
  • Travel Insurance 


Reservation and Trip Deposit: To secure your booking for this trip, please submit a deposit of $500 per person to Global Family Travels, with a signed liability waiver.

Payment Schedule: Payments of the remaining balance can be made on a monthly schedule if the participants wish, however the balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before the program departs.

The deposit is non-refundable unless the program is canceled, at which point the entire deposit is refundable. The balances of program fees paid are refundable as described in advance of the start of the tour:

Cancellations received before 90 days: 10 % of tour cost

Cancellations received between 60 - 90 days: 75 % of tour cost

Cancellations received between 30 - 60 days before: 50 % of tour cost

Cancellations received less than 30 Days before: No refund
